Preparing for Birth is a comprehensive 4hr class tailored to those delivering at a Birthing Center.

In this class you will learn birth statistics in the US, how your uterus and cervix work together in labor, the different stages of labor, different types of pain management (both holistic and medical), positions for labor, positions for pushing, birthing the placenta, what to expect should you need a cesarean birth, and so much more.
